High-performance filter-equipped / dust collector 'FBM Weld Filter Unit'

[Manganese concentration reduced by 88.4%] We conducted measurements of welding fume concentration through personal exposure assessment during arc welding operations in a confined space.

Conducted concentration measurements of welding fumes through personal exposure assessment in a confined space using membrane arc welding (Note 1). Our measurement experiments showed an 88.4% reduction in manganese concentration with the use of the FBM-10 series (Note 2). The "FBM Weld Filter Unit" is a mobile dust collector equipped with a 3m arm that can cover a wide area. It efficiently sucks in welding fumes, smoke, dust, and other particles, and releases clean air through a built-in high-performance filter. The self-supporting flexible arm allows for efficient suction of smoke and dust. 【Features】 - 50% lighter than conventional dust collection units (FUC series) - Smooth mobility with large casters, easily transportable by one person - Dust box is visible for easy waste collection - More efficient filter cleaning through the interaction of compressed air blowing and handle operation - Safe for hazardous welding operations: serves as a ventilation device for indoor workplaces conducting metal arc welding - Filter filtration rate of 99% (with an alarm to indicate clogging) *For more details, please refer to the materials.
